Warranty Klarzilla.com guarantees all non-prescription products against manufacturing defects. There is no warranty for breakage or scratching. Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product If you receive a damaged box please do not accept from the carrier. If you are not able to refuse delivery of the damaged package please contact us within 2 (two) days of receipt of product at: klarzilla@gmail.com for a return authorization number. If the product is defective or if you received the wrong product please contact us with 2 (two) days of receipt of product at: Klarzilla@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Otherwise, your frame will be covered under the manufacturer warranty against defects. You must return the entire purchase including all packaging with a carrier that provides tracking. We will send you a replacement of the defective or damaged product at no charge to you, as soon as we receive the defective or damaged product. Exchanging Sunglasses or Eyeglass Frames We offer a one-time exchange on the return of any new and unused* sunglasses or eyeglass frame within 15 days of your receipt of the product. Product must be returned in the exact same condition as when received, including all packaging. If it is determined that the product was worn and /or used no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to you. We would ask that you then return your cancelled order to us in its original packaging or other suitably protective packaging complete with frame(s) case(s) and cloth(s) and with a copy of the original sales invoice. Products must be returned within 14 days after receipt. You are responsible for making sure the items reach us in good condition and for the any postage and insurance costs. Non-defective products that are returned and not exchanged will be charged a 15% restocking fee. However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 7 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange a frame that we have made prescription lenses for, you will be issued 50% credit for the cost of the exchanged lenses towards the cost of new lenses. Prescription Guarantee We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge. All prescription eyeglasses, prior to leaving Klarzilla@gmail.com, pass a stringent quality control hand inspection. The lenses are checked at four different stations for accuracy. We pride ourselves in our workmanship - accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that an error makes it through our system, we will promptly and courteously remake the lenses to our 100% accuracy standard, at no extra charge and no extra shipping fees to you. Cancelling an Order We will allow you up to 24 hours to cancel an order. All other orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee Price Match Guarantee Klarzilla.com promise that you are buying your glasses at the lowest price online. Please understand that for reasons of fairness we need detailed evidence of the alternative price, which should be via a webpage, email, fax, or a written quote. The total price of the competing item must include the cost of the frames, lenses, coatings, shipping, sales taxes, and any other additional costs incurred. The specification of the frames and lenses must be the same, including size, color, designer and model, as well as meeting the same lens prescription requirements, and the same warranty and guarantee terms as our item. The lower price of the competing item cannot be the result of a special offer or promotion. The website offering the lower price must be a Practicing Optician based in the US. Please note that Price Match cannot be combined with any other offers on our website.
